I only knew him because we were both from Arizona. He was in 2nd Plt and I was 1st. He was killed after I left in Cambodia. In 1980 I bought a hardware store only to find out that I was buying it from his parents. That's when I found out that he had been killed. I'm still in contact with father Chester and sisters Marlyn and Carolyn. Went to Special Forces training at Ft. Bragg.
