Please note that submissions for the December (Winter) issue of Patrolling are due on 15 November, 2003. Please be aware of the following: 1. Please e-mail submissions to the address below in 'Word', 'Word Perfect' or 'Works' format. ('Word' is preferred). 2. Please do not imbed photos or any other graphics in the text submission. To do so might mean that your article will not be run in the issue. If you want photos to appear in a particular order in the piece, tell me & I will place them. 3. If you send a hard copy of text, do not fax it. I cannot scan faxed copies, they are do clear enough. 4. Put the name & address on the back of any photos submitted. Please make sure that all photos have a caption. If you have more than one photo, make sure that I can match the photo with the correct caption. I want to get this issue out on time, please get me your submissions as soon as possible. John Chester
